Based on my research, I was able to determine the specific psychographics for the people living in the area that I chose. From this, I was able to determine the pain point that Westchester Bank could help with. Based on this and a competitor analysis, I was then able to come up with a SWOT analysis. Upon further research, I found which channels the target audience would prefer and came up with a specific message for social media, as well as content ideas.
